• Almond tree studio accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. We cannot refund shipping charges on returns.  Returned items must be in new condition.

Important tax information for New York State customers:

New York's retail sales tax is a destination tax. The point of delivery or the point at which possession is transferred by the vendor to the purchaser determines the rate of tax to be collected. Sales delivered outside New York State are exempt from tax. This means that the rate of your tax is determined by your state, county and school district. Unfortunately, NY state department of taxation does not recommend looking up tax rates by the postal zip codes, because they do not coincide with political boundaries. 

New York State customers will be charged 8.875% sales tax. If you live in a jurisdiction with lower sales tax rate, I will issue a refund for the difference. The refund process might take 24 hours. I apologize for the inconvenience
