Every fall my mother and I would press brightly colored leaves between book pages. Months later I would find them, beautifully preserved. I still remember the memory they evoked, of walking home together in the dark in the fall, wrought iron streetlights, and the scent of fall all around us.

"Summer Twilight" Earrings

Inspired by the Cape Cod summer, these earrings are made from stainless steel wire, with cobalt colored seed beads and sterling silver threaders. A glimpse of deep blue reminds me of a slight chill in the air, and fresh breeze from the ocean.

Foliage Earrings

Colorful leaves fluttering in the air, the scent of warm apple cider, and rain knocking on your window. Stainless Steel, seed beads, sterling silver.

Wings Earrings

Do you remember flying in your sleep? It is a feeling unlike any other. A sprinkle of magic dust, and you have gossamer wings, and you jump up in the air, floating, light as as butterfly. I still remember the best of my flying dreams, and the feeling of lightness and magic.

What materials are you using?

I spent many years workings with a wide variety of metal wire, including precious, coated, and base metal wires. Through trial and error I found my favorite materials. I wanted materials that were safe to wear on the skin, not plated or coated, easy to care for, that looked beautiful and lightweight in finished items. I work with fine silver, medical grade stainless steel, and use sterling silver ear wires, hooks, and threaders. I also use seed beads and semi-precious stones.

Why Threaders?

This type of the finding is especially appealing, because it works well with my earring styles. The stainless steel wire earrings look especially interesting with threaders, because they will move and dance with your movements. Some threader styles are adjustable, enabling you to wear the earring at different lengths.

Will the necklaces snag my clothes?

Although the necklaces have a texture that works fine with majority of fabrics, I do not recommend wearing them with very fine silk items, like scarves.

Copies and duplicates?

I make each item by hand, and it is unique. I occasionally repeat general shapes and styles, but they are never exact copies of each other.

I take special care in photographing all my pieces to represent their unique texture and beauty. Please note that images might differ on different computer screens.
